Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath can visit Kanpur on Monday (24 February 2024), due to which the Kanpur administration has come on alert mode. The construction work of the Small Caliber Ammunition Manufacturing Plant built by the Adani Group is almost complete, while CM Yogi Adityanath can come to inaugurate it in Sandh area of Narwal tehsil of Kanpur. However, there has been no official confirmation of CM’s arrival.
The administration has gone into alert mode on the information of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s arrival in Kanpur. Although the CM’s arrival has not been officially confirmed yet, officials are alert about his possible visit. The work of Defense Corridor built on about 200 hectares of land in Kanpur has been completed and it is to be inaugurated soon. It is expected that CM Yogi Adityanath will attend the inauguration ceremony of the corridor.
Defense corridor is built on 200 hectares
Along with manufacturing bullets, arrangements have also been made to store a large quantity of it in this corridor. A helipad is also being arranged near this corridor for the arrival of the CM. Officials are also inspecting this corridor regarding the news of CM’s arrival, although Adani Group had purchased 200 hectares of land to prepare this plant.
CM Yogi can come to the inauguration program
Due to the possibility of CM’s arrival, officials are now seen running to inspect this plant and some officials of Adani Group are also looking at the preparations for this inauguration, while Narwal SDM Rishabh Verma is yet to receive official confirmation of CM’s arrival. He refused and told that there is information about CM’s arrival but he is still in his preparations till any official protocol comes.
