Rampur MP MLA Court has issued another non-bailable warrant against famous film actress and former Rampur MP Jaya Prada Nahta. This warrant was issued due to non-appearance in an ongoing case regarding violation of election code of conduct in the year 2019 in Camri police station area of Rampur.
It is being told that this is the first warrant in this case. Even before this, in another case, non-bailable warrants have been issued against former MP Jaya Prada four times. Despite this she did not appear in the court. Its next date has been fixed as December 11. In which Jaya Prada has to appear in the court and if she does not come then the police can arrest her and present her in the court.
Prosecution officer Amarnath Tiwari said that in the year 2019, a case of violation of election code of conduct was registered against Jaya Prada at Kemri police station. The trial is pending in the court of Honorable Special Court Magistrate MP MLA Court Magistrate and the filing was scheduled on Tuesday.
The application for exemption from appearance was presented by Jaya Prada’s advocate. Because there is another case against Jaya, Police Station Swar NCR No. 59/2019 and that too is related to the Election Code of Conduct. That file was fixed under 313 CrPC and NBW is being issued by the Honorable Court for the last three-four dates and Jaya Prada is not appearing. On Tuesday, the application for exemption from appearance was again submitted.
