Major accident in Uttarakhand, 4 forest officers including PMO Deputy Secretary’s brother killed, 2 people missing in canal, 4 injured
A major accident took place in Rishikesh in Uttarakhand. Here a vehicle became victim of a road accident. It is being told that four people including the brother of PMO Deputy Secretary (Prime Minister’s Office) Mangesh Ghildiyal died in this accident. Two are reported missing. While 4 people were seriously injured.
Vehicle meets with accident on Rishikesh-Cheela road, SDRF is conducting search operation
Today, on 08 January 2024, SDRF received information that a vehicle lost control due to tire burst and crashed on Rishikesh Chila road.
On the above information, SDRF team immediately left for the spot with necessary rescue equipment.
The said vehicle belongs to the Jungle Safari Forest Department in which probably 06 people were traveling. The injured have been sent to AIIMS hospital through ambulance by the district police, while two people are reported missing after falling into the Chilla canal.
