Rape victim accuses judge of molestation, says, “When I went to the chamber to give statement, I touched him inappropriately”
A sensational incident of sexual harassment of a rape victim has come to light in a court in Kamalpur, Tripura. The allegation of molestation has not been made against anyone else but against a judge of the same court. A rape victim had gone to the judge’s chamber to record her statement related to her case. There the judge started touching her inappropriately. After this she ran away and came to her husband and lawyer. Based on the complaint of the victim, a three-member panel has started investigating this allegation.
