There has been talk between Samajwadi Party and Congress regarding the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Both the parties have almost agreed on the alliance formula. Seat sharing will be announced by this evening. In this regard, SP President Akhilesh Yadav said that there is no dispute between us. There will be an alliance. Soon everything will become clear. On asking how many seats the Samajwadi Party wants to contest in the Lok Sabha elections, Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav says, “As many as we can contest. The maximum.”
After seat-sharing between Samajwadi Party and Congress in Uttar Pradesh is finalised, Congress UP in-charge Avinash Pande and party’s state unit president Ajay Rai to hold a joint press conference in Lucknow today evening.
